Our Founder & Creator,
Maria Enna-Cocciolone is one of Australia’s most influential voices in professional skincare – a visionary who reshaped the industry by championing innovation, education and results-driven skin health. With over 40 years of experience, Maria’s approach blends clinical insight, business acumen and a deeply human dedication to helping people feel confident in their skin.
In 2007, after decades working across every facet of the professional beauty industry, Maria founded what is now one of Australia’s leading professional skincare and medical aesthetic distribution powerhouses: INSKIN COSMEDICS.
Two years later, she launched O COSMEDICS, introducing a landmark new category of skincare: Cosmedical. Maria pioneered the term “Cosmedics” to describe the fusion of cosmeceuticals and medical strength technology, creating a transformative framework for professional Skin Experts worldwide.
From day one, her mission has been clear: Empower Skin Experts with science-based formulations and give consumers access to skincare that respects the skin while delivering exceptional results.
Under her leadership, O COSMEDICS has become a globally respected and award-winning brand, trusted for its innovation, skin transformations and proven performance.
Maria’s impact extends far beyond product development. She is an active and respected Board Member of the Aesthetic Beauty Industry Council (ABIC), contributing her experience to elevate industry standards, advocate for professionals and drive a unified voice for the future of aesthetics in Australia.

In 2025, Maria was honoured with one of the industry’s highest recognitions: Induction into the Australian Beauty Industry Awards (ABIA) Hall of Fame. A celebration of her pioneering spirit, her decades of contribution and her enduring commitment to advancing the future of professional beauty and skin health. Maria took to the stage to accept her award with three inspiring and impactful words of advise to her industry peers, “Do. Don’t dream.” She went on to add “when you dream you are asleep, when you do you make a difference.”
The only Australian to have created three brands herself, today Maria continues to lead what she calls her ‘Trilogy of Brands’ – O COSMEDICS, NEUROCOSMEDICS and INSKIN.CO as well as the INSKIN COSMEDICS Group. She does so with the same passion that sparked their creation – a passion for transformative skincare, education that always evolves and a mission to help every person achieve skin health, longevity and confidence; one skin, one country at a time.
